I currently live in USA on H1B. I've received my PR card and I plan to move permanently to Canada on July 15. I plan to work remotely for my current USA employer till September (no contracting, still USA payroll).
Can I apply TRV visa for my Mom right now? Or should I wait until I reach Canada? Will there be any issue with the TRV Visa since I will be on USA payroll? Thanks.
