Parent Supervisa Arrival Process/Renewal

Hello,

my Mum will be arriving a couple of weeks on a Supervisa and I am curious about the arrival process at the airport. Has anyone had a parent come through the border agent interview? How long did the interview take? How long were they admitted into Canada for on the Supervisa?

Also, has anyone gone through the visa renewal process? Was a medical required? Any additional information would be appreciated.

I doubt anyone had gone through the supervisa renewal process because it was created in December 2011.
