PR Holders and Canadian citizens are eligible for Super Visa. There is a checklist on the cic website. You also need the Notice of Assessment to show your income which you will only get in April May 2015. I would suggest you apply for normal travel visa for your mother now so that she can be here for 6 months at least when you will need her the most.

You will find all the guidelines for Super Visa application if you follow the given link - CIC Website

As ritz0106 said, you must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in order to be eligible while applying for your parents' Super Visa.

1. They can't apply for a super visa on their own, only a regular TRV.
2. If you read the link that was given: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa-who.asp you will find the following

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5256ETOC.asp#incometables

I want to apply myself for their super visa but i dont know how and who will submit the application and where.
we are family of three so threshold says i have to have income of $36520, as i am just 1.5 months old immigrant and working at the wages of $15.16/H, 40 hours a week. so 15.16 X 40 = $606.4 => 606.4 X 52 = $31532.8 (before tax) i dont know if i can include my child's tax benefit or not, in income. But my father has handsome income. so i dont know if i am eligible to apply a super visa for them or not... But i really want them here...
