Guys, does anyone know if we can apply for the parent sponsorship if you get rejected from Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds? We've been told that you will not be able to apply for the sponsorship if you get refused from that Humanitarian program. Thanks.

If you meet the 3 years income requirement and get selected in the lottery, there is no reason that you wouldn't be able to sponsor parents in the regular PGP program.
There are no rules at all that prohibit sponsoring them due to a previous failed H&C app.
Much more difficult because of the H&C application there will always be concerns that the person will overstay their visa and want to stay in Canada permanently not just visit. Supervisa is a much better option.
