Parent Sponsorship - 2011 income 2000CAD less

Hi,

For parents sponsorship, our income is sufficient for 2012 and 2013 but in 2011 the income is 2000cad less than required.

Reason is that we immigrated started working in June 2011. Note that our2014 income will be sufficient as well but will not have the NOC until end of Feb 2015.

Do you think I can still apply to sponsor my parents?

No - you can't sponsor them. Meeting LICO for all three years is a mandatory requirement to qualify as a sponsor. You will have to wait until next year.
