parent sponsoring a child when they already have another child with citizenship

My aunt wants her independent daughter to come to Canada from Japan and get citizenship. My aunt already has 2 children with canadian citizenship. They were born in Canada. They both live in Japan. I know that is an issue. This is more of a general "how to immigrate to Canada" question. The daughter is a part time day care worker for a school. But in Japan that is almost full time here in hours. So I'm not sure about the express entry/worker route. The aunt has a lot of money and she told me she can give her daughter money to "retire" in Canada or something. I have no clue. Can someone let me know all the options available for the daughter to come to Canada? I'm just trying to help them out.

She is far passed the age of dependency which is why I came here. And since my aunt has 2 children already with canadian citizenship the website says she cannot sponsor her.

also do you know the difference between the CEC and the FSW? The FSW (federal skilled worker) seems to be more vague/lenient??

You need to post your questions to the Express Entry section of the forum.

Your aunt giving her daughter money to "retire" in Canada is of no help. If the daughter wants to immigrate to Canada, she will have to qualify on her own through an immigration program like Express Entry or one of the Provincial Nominee programs. She will need to research each program to see what the requirements are and what she needs to do to qualify.
