Parent sponsor application 2015

My application for parent sponsorship was returned to me today. It was delievered on Jan 8 2015 as confirmed by Canada Post. The letter simply said that "we have received 5000 full applications so no more". I don't know whether I was late or my application was incomplete. If you have filed a parent sponsorship application for this year, can you tell me (1) when was your application delivered and (2) was it accepted?

Check out the Sponsor Parents 2015 thread. You were late. The cap was reached somewhere around noon on January 5th.
