My mother is landing in Toronto on a Permanent Resident Visa. She is neither bringing any items to declare nor intends to bring any stuff later. Would she still need to fill out and submit the Personal Effects Accounting Document (BS186)?
i dont have an answer (sorry!), but id do have a related question - i am bringing MANY personal belongings. where do i find out about this form as i have never heard of it and was unaware....
