Parent documents required to sponsor parents.

hi,

Can somebody help me with the list of my parent's documents required for their sponsorship. I am thinking of sponsoring them. I am already in canada and my parents are in India. Also could you tell me the entire procedure and the minimum requirement i need to meet in order to be eligible to sponsor them. thanks
