Parent and grand parent sponsorship

Hello

I sent the completed application to sponsor my parents in 2017. Later on I got a letter saying that the application was sent to another visa office due to income ineligibility, for reconsideration. Does anybody know what this mean?

It probably means that you didn't meet the minimum income requirements when you submitted the application, or that since you submitted it, you no longer meet those requirements. They do check to ensure that you continue to be eligible for the whole process of the application.
