Right now you would need authorization to travel from IRCC due to COVID travel restrictions.

I would add that this possibly would not be considered essential travel at this time so may be a challenge to get travel approval. By all means try but just so you are aware plus of course there will be the 14 days quarantine .

Would assume chances are low so would suggest planning to travel on their own. If you happen to get approved then plans can be changed.
