Parallel processing of Work Permit and PR application... ADVISABLE???

Hi
I have received my ITA in July via my self processing wherein my employer is getting my work permit processed for my transfer from USA to Canada on a project...
Is it advisable to do parallel processing of both work permit and PR (work permit by employer and PR by self)?

Kindly advise.

Both applications are independent. However, it doesn't hurt if you mention that you have both applications in a LOE... Good luck!
