Paper-based TRV application processing time (India)

I would like to know about paper-based TRV application processing time in India?

Have not applied yet. But would like to. Have you applied online or paper-based application? Would to like to share some information?

Also is online processing faster now than before or paper-based application is? Thanks.

I applied on Nov 14th and waiting for response.

As per my understanding, applications applied during second week of Nov are in process.

I applied for TRV (paper application) on Nov 14th and got processed today. Means Visa officers aworking on the applications received in 3rd week of November. Due to Demonetization of 500 and 1000 Rupee notes in India, I think Visa office received less applications during the second week.
