I am SINP applicant. 7 months ago my file was first transferred to Vancouver office and then they asked for additional documents. And now they are saying that my file is transferred to Winnipeg office.

Totally confused as to what are they up to.

I think, it is important to track this stage together, since they only send an email for the PPR, and no updates on GCkey nor ECAS.
