can anyone advise how much time nowdays a paper based application with bcpnp certificate takes.I applied in the month of september only uci no generated. No response since then.

Currently it takes 3 months to receipt AOR and then to get MR is 12 months. Updated processing time for paper based PNP is 18 months but other applicants have been waiting more than 20 months.
