Hi Zarsh,

Which location you had your medical? Did CHC asked you for chest xray again?
If it is xray request than do not worry even I received furtherence chest xray request back in 2010. It delayed my process for couple of months

Dear All, I really need your help.

i have been refused by 2nd time with the following Observation:
" Not satisfied Officer that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay" having several fators
1. Purpose of Visit
2. Your Personal Assets and financial Status.

When i have refused 1st time there was just one observation i.e. Purpose of visit.

Why this time two?

I have acceptance letter from University of Regina.
I have attached 6month a/c statement of PKR: 4.00 (M)
I have attached Property documents, Affidavit of Assets, Affidavit Regarding income from Agriculture Land, Affidavit from Father that he bear all expenses during my stay in Canada, Affidavit of Financial Support from father, Affidavit from me that i will leave Canada after my stay & SOP.

But what was the reason of refusal.... i cant be able to identify how could i fulfill this clause of refusal.

Please help i wanna attempt 3rd and last time.

hi everyone
I had my medicals in Islamabad.CHC send me a furtherance medical request.when I went to my PP she told me that CHC wants culture report as my previous sputum report was clear.my chest xray was not clear they found dots on it but all of reports were clear if anybody can suggest that if again my report came clear but dots remain on xray then what ?will CHC consider it like a desease or its ok
.now I m so upset bcoz my uni ll not give me admission letter for may nd I m sure embassy ll ask me for may intake revised admission letter.
plz guys if someone is facing the same problem plz do let me know nd if someone had this experience plz do share it with me.

You better consult some physician you know or your family doctor ... they know what is it ... if it is mot serious then no need to worry ... iom will do some more test to confirm why the dots ... so better ask some doctor near you ....

I think u should contact ur university first and aske them abt refund of ur fee.
shahab could u plz elaborate y ur application was refused ?I mean what were the reasons?nd did u completed ur medical

Each time same reason financial and purpose of visit while I have shown 70 Lacs + first term fee and 13 months bank account statement. these guys are sick they never asked for medical.

its allright everything ll b sortout
I apply first time nd I got medical request at first time .they know us better than us so don't blame them just make your side clear.i guess u didn't chose ur course according to ur previous studies or u didn't elaborate ur financial status in ur sop something like that
so I ll suggest u to not lose hope just focus on ur goal I m sure u ll get it next time inshallah
