I mean the money in Pakistani bank is in Rupees so do we have to debit that amount and go to some currency exchange and then ask the bank again for online transfer? How wire transfer like Western Union can be helpful in this regard?

The best way is to keep your Pakistani Bank Visa Debit card with you and use that abroad in ATMs. I used this method in UK.

I think western union is a reliable facility to transfer our funds but some people here say its too much expensive

After 170 days Today my visa have reject due this reason .They say i will not leave Canada at the end of my stay and further points they added

And my personal and financial assets i have not satisfied
