embassy had returned ma frnd application due to da absence of family tree form he again submitted his application with family tree form and got da visa...

no u can take da form from fedex office or leave ur email address i will send it to u....u just ave to fill nd submit it...!

If it is compulsory, it must have been listed in their listed documents on their website.

I did not send a family tree form. 6 days have been passed by and no returned docs. If there was something missing from the documents, I must have recieved them within three days.

If I do not receive returned documents within three or four days then I think all my docs were in order and there was nothing to worry about.

Let me know how is family tree form different from that of family composition form?

Do we need to provide info related to permanent address or the current city the person is living in?

the current city he or she is living in at the moment.

e.g, Karachi/Pakistan, Islamabad/Pakistan, Dallas/USA...etc

Bro, you don't have to worry about family tree form, I think some of these guys have got it mixed up with family composition form which must be submitted with the application package whereas family tree form is an optional document.

Nadra issues a family tree at the cost of Rs,1000 which is an optional document as you have already said above.

yes. You dont need to write anything there. Use your common sense. It is for embassy people. How will you write file number there if it is not even created yet?

Regarding your second question, ask this directly from your courier people. In my case, everything will take place via fedex. They will contact me if they need anything from my side. I'll have to visit their office in person. They will not deliver anything at my home.

Ok. If they require further docs they will let us know just like in your friend's case. It is not a big issue.
