6a.immigration status of applicant in country where applying: citizen b.valid until: ?????????????


10. roomand board pension:??? other: ?????


do we need to take print out of the forms or may it be handwritten??

in case of single student ,we need to fill two forms only 1294B and supplementary form ??
I hope there is no other form ???

I filled them electronically. That way everything looked need and clean. Everything was filled in within given space. I tried to fill them with a pen but they looked really ugly because of my hand writing. I gave up on it.

supplementary aka family composition form is not fillable. However, you can fill it electronically as well. I was able to do it.
First, copy the form on your MS word and fill your info on it. Then, convert it again to a pdf file with a convertor and then print it out.

if your writing is legible then you can go ahead with filling in them with a pen.

Regarding Q6(a) and(b), a)citizen(if you are living in pakistan all your life and filing your application there so you will leave part b as blank). However, if you are filing your application somewhere else for example in UAE, you will have to write your immigration status and its validity there.)

Third is, checklist form. Overall, you u will have to send three forms. You have already mentioned other two forms above.

Room and board: includes accommodation+food/meal

other includes prices of your medical insurance+books+supplies+utilities+clothing+sundries+entertaintment+etc

Do the math.

Tuition+living expense sheet was attached with my offer letter so I sent it as it is to chc.
If there is a problem on my form they can double check it with the expense sheet.

If you are going to study in Canada then you should write your postings in English.

(It will be a good writing practice.)

Urdu is not the language of communication over here on the forum.

As far as your question is concerned, you had better check out Canadian High Commission, Islamabad website.

We also need to send a photocopy of first two pages of current/valid passport bearing our biodata info/name and picture.

Affidavit of support is enough, if your sponsor has mentioned his/her relationship with you on it and has taken an oath on it, that stands legal to the rest of the world. I don't think you will have to send family tree or such things.

if you are sending them through a courier service they will organize them in their own way(will use their own packaging). However, you should organize your docs whatever way you like when you take them to the courier office. It is not a big issue.

I put all my applications first, offer letter, police certificate then sponsorship documents and educational documents in the end.

Let me know how are you going to send your docs? In person or will use a courier service?
