i have a question...what is the most preferred way of applying for the Study Visa in Pakistan ?
PAPER BASED or ONLINE ?

Also, in the check list, there is no such thing that indicate that we have to send our Previous Educational Transcripts, Degrees to CIC office with the application package. So do we need to send these documents as well or not ??

I applied online but according to some of the people on this forum, online applications are taking more time to process as compared to paper applications.
Yes academic documents are not mentioned in the required checklist. If the academic documents are required. the VO can also ask for it. However, it's never a bad idea to attach them with your application.

It is too early for anyone to get visa

The processing time is reduced from 12 weeks to 10 weeks and I am waiting for this week update. I am hoping to see it even more reduced. However, it is too early to get a visa for now.

My timeline:

Submitting Application on 3-Oct-2016 to CIC Islamabad.
College: Cambrian College, Sudbury, ON
Program: Advanced diploma in Business Accounting -3 years!
Fees Paid for 1 full year: $14000
On Campus residency paid for 1 full year.
Bank Statement only 2 months of savings account: 5+ millions.
Business bank statement of my father as wel, which shows 1 year of business worth 100+ millions.
ielts overall band: 5.5

you should show first years tution fees + 10000CDN(living Expense for one year) in your bank account statement for last 6 months and also proof that from where you got this money like sponsor or by selling properties or savings etc
