Does BVL correspondence letter really means that OPR is coming Or something negative can also happen?
Both. Depending on the situation. Wait for next update.

In my case, they would probably send medical instructions letter first if they'd be interested, because my medicals are expired and my decision would be on hold until it gets updated to "Passed", if it's a refusal, I dont think they would bother sending me a medical request.

Those who got AIPs on 3rd and 4th Septmeber and then received Glitch Information letter on 8th September, could you please let us know any updates/details on your GCMS notes, What is your Primary/Secondary office? and also mention if you are still waiting for your decision
