I don't know where I have to put exactly my query

Actually I have read a lot of threads here but unfortunately didn't find my answer

Currently I am living in Dubai and planning to apply for immigration to Canada in federal skilled worker
I will apply for system analysts. Currently I am collecting my all documents. The first thing is to attest education document from hec and then affiliated institute.

My master degree is from dadabhoy institute which is not listed in Wes so I will choose from the other two. Did anyone has experience to send documents by hec and hsc? I want to know steps
