Pakistani Applicants Waiting for Visa Approval

Hi everyone,

I submitted the paper-based visa application on 27 March 2017. The current processing time on the website is 4-weeks (on average I guess). In my case, it's the 5th week going and I haven't heard anything from the embassy yet not even for the medicals.

Program details:

- MSc Research Based - 2 years
- York University, Toronto Canada
- Scholarship

Is it normal?
