Pakistan Wife Sponsorship fee and medical

Hi, I am a new member to this forum! I had completed my application to sponsor my wife under family class. I am a PR holder and currently living in Canada.

I would like to know what would her total FEE come out to be?, I am really confused whether she would be a principal applicant, spouse and a principal applicant and do i pay the right of permanent residence fee as well?

I am planning to pay online and have not submitted the application package yet. Do I first pay the fee and then submit the application package or do I first submit then pay online ?

Also lastly my wife had her medical done in Lahore, she was told that the medical results are available to her online and CIC would be notified about them automatically, if this is so how would it all work out?

The total amount for 1 applicant is $1040, as follows:

Sponsor fee: $75
Principle applicant fee: $475
Right of Permanent residency fee: $490

Pay the fee and submit your file. Are you applying online?

Once the med is done you are given a receipt that you will attach with your file and then submit. The med results will be attached to your file by CIC; don't know how (That is a black box).
