Pakistan processing times, what was it in November 2011?

Can anyone offer any help? I applied in November 2011 and am writing a letter and need the Processing time for CHC Islamabad that was indicated in November 2011. I know it is now 31 months but back then, was it 22 months or 24 months?

what kind of letter you're writing? I applied in Nov 2011 as well but haven't heard from CIC since receiving 'Application Received' letter.
