Pakistan - Info required about Deferred Letter

I applied for study permit, but they have not responded to my application yet and last date for attending the progam has past,
Now I think I will be asked to submit deferred letter of acceptance.
My question is can I provide letter of acceptance from a difference institute for next session ??
Would this have any impact ?

Of ourse dude. What are you thinking? That requires a whole new application! The deferment letter must be from the same institute. Or else they wil lreject your application.

But this institute offered me admission when I had already applied for visa. Anyways are you sure about this ??
