Congrats Fareeha.

Wish u a very good luck for the rest of your process. Please share your complete timeline since start of your process.

My timeline is with my profile Few additional steps are.
I received an email from cic London VO to send updated forms and police certificates which I sent 4 months back from now. In the email it was mentioned that they require 4 months to verify these docs from concerned authorities also they advised to refrain from sending email before this period. To my surprise, they took exactly 4 months as promised and my address disappeared and reappeared about 15 days from now and I got the medical request yesterday

this is a different kind of email from the one's they have been sending before...its more polite and also sheds some light on pre june fast track applicants...i think something is coming in their next year's immigration plans and they plan to get over with most of the pre june fast track applicants in next year....i m trying to be very objective and trying to avoid wishful thinking.....

May be u r right. As consultation is going on for immi levels and may be they will increase the budgets for 2012. They have to submit the plan by first week on Nov. So lets see. :)

The CHC websites clearly says that the process is upto 20 months of for the FSW as per the high commissions of the countries. for pakistan, it is 26 months, while for London, it is 20 months and so on

Heartiest Congratulations to fareeha and MBKP and good luck for the rest of the process!! :)

Agreed.. i suppose it is for this matter that they've also floated a public survey, in which im not sure how many applicants have participated till now. Those who haven't, please do as it hardly takes 10mins (follow the link below).

http://cic.sondages-surveys.ca/s/immigration2/?l=eng

P.S. do opt for increase of at least 100,000 visas for FSW program! as i believe this is the only way to clear out the backlog. (Yes, they might not go straight up for 100,000 but our recommendations will persuade them to think about it!)

We have received enough Federal Skilled Worker applications since February 27, 2008 to reach our immigration levels for the next two years. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Therefore, few Federal Skilled Worker applications received before February 27, 2008 will be processed this year or next.
