if Canada wants to issue PR visas to all the 4131's in the year 2011-2012, they must open twice the number of educational institutions than they currently have. there would be too much teachers in Canada comparing to the total number of students. same applies to 0213's.

Do you have facts and figures for your above post ? Please share your source as well!

Don't think so......bcoz some of my colleagues and friends got MR recently by being pre-June applicant (from NOC 1111 and NOC 0213).

Yes absolutely correct Azmat, I'm pre june applicant, and I got my Meds on May 27th 2011 ! And I'm 0213 !!

some people r just spreading disinformation for NOC 4131 and 0213.no authenticity

0213 is also in excess demand (Shortage of workers) till 2018
HSRDC has prepared projection models for each and every NOC. CIC and Canadian Parliament makes and amends their laws to permit the right kind of immigrants for their economy based on this research.
4131 and 0213 are still high demand occupations but CIC has a very large inventory for these two occupations as well. After June 2010 these two NOCs are not any more available in high demand occupations. This doesn't means that these are now excess supply in Canada as well and people are jobless. On the other hand if CIC will give PR to all the pending 4131s and 0213 within 2011 then its not good for these two categories. Whats the logic in being jobless after immigration ?
I dont know about exact inventory of these two but my idea is CIC will be short of these applicants in 2014.

Occupation Projection 0213

Over the 2009-2018 period, an occupation will be in excess demand (a shortage of workers) if the projected job openings (arising from expansion demand and replacement demand) are greater than the projected job seekers (arising from school leavers, immigration and mobility), while an occupation will be in excess supply (a surplus of workers) if the projected job seekers are greater than the projected job openings. For Managers In Engineering, Architecture, Science And Information Systems, over the period of 2009-2018, job openings are expected to total 34,405. It is expected that 32,485 job seekers will be available to fill these job openings.

@canada1234

What do you mean by In Process with RBVO details ?

They are clearly clearing the backlog from 2008/9 or Early 2010 Full docs senders regardless of NOC's.

Man in Black,

thats a plain thought. not an information. hope you underrstood.
