Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

Dear Forum Members;

After dispatching updated Forms, PCC & Demand Draft for RPR Fee, in the third week of May 2012, I sent e-mail to LVO, requesting for the confirmation of receipt , but have not received any response as yet.

TCS confirmed the delivery of documents to LVO on 30th May 2012 signed by IAN.

My money changer (Dollor East) has confirmed the non-encashment of DD, that I dispatched with my documents.


Is there any one with similar experiences ?

or any opinion on the situation.?

shazia can u tell me hw did u get to knw that ur BC checks are going through.my application received by cic london in nov 2011 since then my ecas is YOur application is received.how can i gt to knw that my BC checks are going through, n when approx i will receive my medicals.

Through my caipsnotes and through several emails I sent to my VO @ CHC

what they normally check in BC checks,i mean what kind of checks these are? and secondly how to order caipsnotes???

Considered last three reply from LVO:

3rd last reply received : "Background check is under progress"

2rd last reply received : "Background check is under progress it may take several months"

last reply received : " Your application is awaiting for VO review"

and after that in May 2012 LVO asked for Updated Form/PCC & RPRF.

That I sent and since than, LVO did not bother even to confirm the receipt of the consignment.


In my view they are just putting Time Bar on some cases , reason best known by them ?

@ Shahiabibi: last several responses from my VO has been "Back ground checks", however,
as per my latest caips, its says in notes section "File sent for Review"

what do you think?

are the background checks done?

As far as I remember first e-mail received in Sept 2011, informing about the background Check,
and you can extract any conclusion of the ENDING DATE OF MY BC CHECKS by considering information in my previous post.

" We are stuck in a cycle of unjust processing priorities"
