Yes i have arranged employment offer(AEO).My arranged employment expired on 2nd of April after 4 years.

Lawyer says if you would not be on merit I'd refuse to appeal regarding your case...
I donot understand the history of cases as I could not find speacific JD mismatch cases..

WHAT IS YOUR NOC

I got a letter from London asking me to submit Declaration A form within 60 days and a letter from my canadian employer in which detail of my job duties and salary etc. within 90 days.I got this letter on 4 April and posting date was 28 march.it was through regular mail.Remember,i applied with arranged employment.

4 Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] filled by you
5 Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] filled by you on behalf of your dependant
6 Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] one filled by you and one filled by your spouse
7 Supplementary Information - Your and your spouse travels if applicable [IMM 5562]
8 And the required fee for your spouse
9 your spouse photographs (6)....

you can inform them via email about your marriage and then gather ur documents fill in the forms that i have previously posted in ur response and post them all to your visa office.....

(d) Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
(e) Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker [IMM 5620]


0.1. Wife's all education papers.
1. Certificate(s) of marriage (notarized)
2. Copies of passport of spouse (Notarized)
3 Birth certificate of spouse (translated and notarized, if any).
4. 5 copies photographs of spouse as per photo specification.
5. Application fee of spouse
6. National ID of Spouse (Translated and notarized)
7. PCC of spouse (its possible to send later based upon their requirement)
8. Any updates from your side like passport change, job change and so on.
