good observation. Forgot that CIC has been told to cut 6% of its cost in 2012 and more than 13% in subsequent years? Making calls and employing verification agents need substantial amount of $$$$ so you know why they are following the easy path to judge the documents.

This applicant didnt get any IN PROCESS DATE in his status and status still showing received by visa office, he got the same letter.

CHC is surely not contacting the employers. Regarding the job/employer verification, my observation is that they are paying most of the attention to the JD instead of other formal things. The recent rejections have been made by CHC by objecting only on JD and not on any other thing.

Yes, i was thinking on the same lines and that's why i dropped the query here. It seems they are checking the file, if well presented, they return the originals but check further if they find it it being dubious etc. May be it so!

if so - further to recieving original job letters in my case, should i think that my JD has been examined and i am safe from this side, or such checks shall start after they have rcvd updated docs as in my case i have returned updated forms and others papers per CHC checklist that they have rcvd on 3rd April 2012? what the story is ?

Considering the current trend of CHC London, Employer's verification is not being carried out physically or telephoniocally. It seems that they are driving conclusions merely on the basis of documents (appointment letters, experience letters, salary slips etc) submitted alongwith application.

CHC Islamabad was surely verifying the employers in 2009 & 2010. The same was done in my case in March 2010. After shifting of cases to CHC London, I have not seen any one for whom employer has been contacted by CHC London. If any one knows any such example, please do share.

Agreed with both khalidcivil and hinnajamal. Most probably only verifications will be security checks when they verify your name against CSIS data base and other data bases. In my GCMS notes I saw clearly my immigration officer was satisfied with all aspects of file and he gave me 68 points. No employer verification was done for me. Though he was waiting for some verifications to issue the medicals and I was told further checking is required which obviously is security. Thanks

Considering the unpredictable approach of CHC, nothing can be guessed accurately. However, we can guess that they would have first checked your JD and then proceeded further by asking updated forms.
And also, there is absolutely no harm in being optimistic.

Well I think you are among the lucky champs. If you want to confirm this further you can intiate CAIPS. If Selection Decision is also made as 1, then chill out and relax. They already have filled their quota for 0213. So they will issue meds to you in 2013 quota.

Those who are getting 6 to 12 months waiting letter, this is my suggestion apply for caipsnotes, it will be help full. you can know about your points and next BFD date.
