Thats the most disturbing info that how they can return the sealed envelop without opening it.

I never sent the transcripts in sealed envelops and I got the medicals and approvals.
They definitely checked the IELTS certificate and marked 4 4 4 4 under all of my band score by a black fountain pen. Now I can't present it to anyone else.

hhmmm

Dear All,
I received the TCS shipment few hours ago. The visa office has returned all my originals; including transcripts, degrees, experience letters of my and spouse, marriage contract. Besides, a letter, which the Start Ali once posted, was also with the shipment stating that i need to wait for 6-12 months. :(.. The same letter which a member Arsh Ali received and Star Ali psoted
I do not know what does it mean? any input?

Dear Hinnajamal

Applied in nov 2009
Detailed docs submitted in april 2010
Re-processing started in feb 2012
Med + landing fee + pcc + updated docs required in end feb 2012
No original docs returned nor POF demanded by LVO.
NOC 0213

Whereas, i have observed almost everyone rejected / waiting letter for this NOC 0213...
Im feeling alone, being asked for med etc...

Congrats! I have got the different letter of 4 months. But the movement of applications is a positive sign. It doesn't make any difference of 4 and 6-12 months. For pre june 2010 applicants cCIC is trying to finish the backlog by the end of this year. So pray vehemently and keep your fingers crossed.

What do you mean by different letter of 4 months? Could you please provide the content of your letter for the benefit of all.....

I got everything back including IELTS and PCCs with the MR and RPRF request. they only kept the forms.
My IELTS will be expired in May 2012.
Now I want to clear some confusions.

1- CIC have clearly requested PCC from every city lived since the age of 18. I have lived in 4 different cities in 2 different provinces of Pakistan but I provided one PCC from my home town Rawalpindi and another one from Egypt as I was working there. Pakistani police never gives Character certificate to temporary residents of their area so it is impossible to get PCC from everywhere. DONT WASTE TIME.

2- They have asked transcripts in sealed envelops but I gave them original transcripts attested by HEC and foreign office. They accepted it.

3- I sent all the documents with the application but IELTS result card a month after the 120 days deadline.

4- I sent the originals but it is not mandatory. Normally they ask for originals once they start the processing and delay the case for another 4-5 months once you send them the originals. So normally ppl send originals to save time wastage in unnecessary correspondence.

Regards
Salman
