In my case we sent the visa office an email directly after the birth of the baby.,.,and after wards as soon as her documents were ready like birth certificate, passport, pictiures etc,,we send them directly as well and didnt wait for their request to come first...and got her medical request 2 months after the sending of her documents..!

hi guys we applied for canadaian immigration and we sent our documents to canada and they recived them on around 2 week of december 2011
and uptill now we havent recived any email by them???????

i am worried wats happining

pls guide me. wats the normal time for them to reply to us with their email confirming reciving our docuemnts

and nowadays how long does it takes to recive their first email...

i asked qorax sir, when should i expect PPR, hs opinion ws 3-5 months.....
asked another senior reply ws 4-6 months for pakistani applicant.....after medical doneee
i think its too early for us to wait for it so anxiously
lets do some other work dosto!

yes we send the additional form as well..but i am just telling you that after informing them thru email about the birth of baby..send the required documents asap without waiting for them to ask u..this will save time...!

thanks you for gathering information. Our expectation is very much high because of our time line.After every two or three month we are through to next step. That's why we expect our PPR after three months.(and this time we approximately complete works for our side) so i dont know why they are delay for PPR, all requirement are done(Medical reached,PCC submit,RPRF cashed).The only things i understand that they have some other parameter for PPR.

i think security checks of pakistani applicants take triple time than for other nationality holder....may this stage pass smoothly and with lil frustration and waiting.ammin

i need help in an urgent matter....
i need my original DMC of masters degree which i submitted along with my application in the university sealed envelop at the time of submission of my documents to CIO, now as i m planning to get further do my masters from UK before landing to Canada, i m in badly need of my original DMC from the embassy. I can get the duplicate from my university but the certificate number will be replaced with the new one and the old one will not be valid ..... Now if the canadian high commission has yet not verified my degrees and if i acquire the duplicate degree then there may be an error with the verification as the certificate number of the old degree will be discarded.

What should i do now?
should i write the embassy to return my original DMC?
should i re-issue the degree and process my student visa and then intimate the Canadian embassy that i re-issued the DMC and send it to the Emabassy afterwards?
(wat if in the meanwhile verification occurs if not yet made?)
