i have experience of 240 weeks (4 and a half year) of continous full time working in my related field of dentistry. during this time i worked for two different hospitals. 8 months in one place and 3 year and 11 months in the other. in both the places i worked for 36 hours per week which was mentioned in my experience letter.
now my question is whether i will be able to claim maximum points for work experience as total hours needed for full time work for four years (which is required for maximum points) is more than what is required. but as per week statistic i was working 1.5 hour less every week. please let me know whoever has the answer to my query. i am very much concerned bout this. regards

I believe that if you can just get a letter stating that you have worked full time....then u should be ok....u don't have to mention the hours u have worked per week...

Basically ur employment contract (offer letter) should state u r a full time employee and ur salary structure etc...

Rest of documentation should be COMPLETE !!! thats most important....i've personally seen the worst kind of job letters that people have submitted with minimum details...and they are in CANADA right now !!!!

So be positive....and start to compile all ur docs...

like applicants from india and all over world are getting medical request along with passport request and also updated bank statement,do this custom true for pakistani applicants as well? or thay jst receive medical and in later stage pass port request?
any info or experience abt it?

also do update me when u would hav ur MR in hand im jst so excited and waiting for it desperatly.....

Normally London VO asks for any additional documents like PCC or any updated form; once anybody goes to In Process stage. (sometimes MR is also included with the additional documents request), and then VO asks for MR and after that stage PP request is made along with Right of Permanent residence fees.
and for Pakistani candidates the PP request is a two stage process.

the question is how my pass port request will come?
two steps? hw will i send my passports to consultant as it is nt allowed in our law

should i update mailing address and replace it with my personal residence address in pakistan

I had a letter in my Post Box since 2 days...

Received Medical Forms and RPRF request and the letter is dated 11th Sep...Though received today.

Thankfuly no additional docs asked. I hope that everyone will start seeing movement, as the application load will decrease on the Visa Offices. Stay put.

By the way, is there a limitation on the Demand Draft for RPRF, as was on DD when submitting the fee? Like should not be more than 1 month old when received.

Actually I think that your Visa Office is London and your Residence Address should be Pakistan in the Application.
SO Visa Office will send you the letter for Medicals or Passport request via Agent, though I am not sure. Then the agent will forward it to you in Pak. Off course Pak doesnt allow sending passports abroad via courier or mail.
So you will also get 2 part request...and will submit to Islamabad. Though email your consultant and ask him this question, after all you are paying for his services
