To day I have received the rejection of my case on the basis That I have scored 65 marks instead of required 67 .In adaptation Iwas given only 2 marks and the marks for my sister in law (sister of my wife) were not given inspite of presentig the passport and the citizenship card copies.IO writes that I was supposed to present the proof for the physical presence of her in Canada, while in the check list on the canada immigration official site only mention the above documents that is passport or the citizenship card copies..............Please help me to sort it out , is the decicion is biased -----I should go for APPEAL ?

Sorry to hear about that....but I believe that your relative has to be living in Canada.....I have a couple of friends who have also claimed for marks based on their relatives...and they are all living in Canada (the relatives) and their supporting documents included: Passport copy/PR Copy; Telephone bills; Tax returns; Employment letter etc....If u want to claim points u really need to give a lot of proof...

Appeal or not....not sure about that....need some senior to guide u better...."Linksalman" any idea??

Am still waiting for my status to be changed to "In Process"....no idea how long it's gonna take.....havent heard of anyone getting job verification calls...a couple of friends received fax at their office and were asked to return reply via fax too.....i'll add u to tracker....Thx

Good thread. My time line is on the left side of my post. My current status is 'inprocess" sine 03 june 2011 and still no signal about MR. this period is the verification period. When its complete no buddy now. I hope the that this period will end very soon. if any buddy have inprocess status since june 2011 share.

well in my case "In process" started in last week of April and still waiting for MR...so no worries
