My general comments on your situation are;

Committing two persons at a time might bring in some extra scrutiny and perhaps is not a very wise decision if person's financial standing, signing affidavit of supporting, does not justify it.

I would advise you to consult your case with a good immigration lawyer for professional advise and discuss with your sponsor to adjust the time of new sponsorship.

Want to ask some things. I am a MPNP applicant with my spouse. My case is in London VO. And we did our meds in Oct 2012 which reached and updated on Ecas in Nov 2012. Now my close relative who signed my Affidavit of Support (in the beginning) also wants to apply for another person's application. (which means two applications under process from one Citizen of Canada) My question is that can a person (Canadian Citizen) apply for more than one applications at a time. Can it affect my case or not. And is it a wise idea to apply two applications at a time.

Secondly as my meds reached VO early Nov 2012. Now in a week it will be a month. Can i ask them about the current status of my case will it be good for me to ask them. As the next step i m waiting is the PPR.

Applied in July2010 and was asked to send original degrees in Nov2011. Got email on 29 Nov 2012 for medical and also asked me to fill new IM0008 application forms/Schedula-A and updated police certificates. London VO mentioned that it may take upto four months to verify incoming corespondence from the issuance authorities. I have gone through medical on 13/12/12 and required docs have been sent. Just wondering whats next? Also, rcvd four days ago my original degrees back thru TCS. Is security and background checks are pending? How they do that? Any idea please. thanks

normally you will get MR after 3-4 months from updated docs request as recent trend of LVO. You are most welcome if you join the list of members waiting for MR after sending updated doc request.

My interview was on 3rd of jan and by the grace of God i cleared my interview

In da end she told me that she is issuing me a medical with in 48 hours. Today i also recieved my medical 2.

I am still in Dubai and thinking to appear in medical from here and need your guidance about dat which doctor is gud here or which doctor should I select?.

Kindly share your experience and reply me as soon as possible as i have to book my appointment.

One thing more i need to discuss is my ecase is still da same as "File recieved by VO" and why it is???
