Hello,

I have a quick question. Can paid-Research-Assistantship (paid-RA) be considered as a work experience?

Thank you.

yes. RA is considered as a work experience. I worked as a RA during my Master study and claimed it for FSW

Did you apply as skilled worker? I mean, you used your experience as RA for the application or the fact of being more than 1 year full time student?

nn000,

Did you have to get an AEO to meet the 67 point requirement?
I heard you need to get an AEO or be in one of the 29 occupations

Hi
I applied in 2008 and under the old system, I accumulate enough points via work experience as TA.
I did not have to apply for AEO or be in one of the 29 occupations.
