I was employed in company A from July 2015 to march 2017. From Dec 2016 to march 2017, I was on paid leave, my experience letter doesn't mention this leave and I have proof of salary being credited for this period. Do I need to mention this leave in pr application?

Yes, you weren’t working then so you have to mention this. If discovered your application could be denied due to misrepresentation.

Thanks but I worked for 20 months in total. Out of that, last 4 months was paid leave. I am claiming points only for one year of experience. Can I mention all this in loe?

Yes you can explain. If on paid leave I wouldn't indicate that I had been working for the last 4 months.

Okay actually the experience letter from the company mentions the entire 20 months as my duration of employment. It has no mention of the paid leave period. That is why I was not sure if I have to include it LOE.

Yes you need to specify that you were not working for 4 months and we’re on paid leave or the letter would falsely indicate that you had been working the whole time.
