Package Returned By IRCC - Incomplete & Others

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how many days does it take CIC/IRCC to return citizenship packages as incomplete/ other reasons from either date of receipt / date of applicant posting?

Please post your number of days OR clearly marking from which date you are counting the return.

Example 1:
Date Applied: 10/24/2015
Date Incomplete Package Received: 11/28/2015

Example 2:
Date Received at IRCC: 10/25/2015
Date Incomplete Package Posted by IRCC (Post Mark): 11/21/2015

Example 3:
28 days

From what I notice, it usually takes about the same time as it does to get AOR, maybe a bit sooner.. so currently, average of 60 days.
