Can anyone who is going thru inland process apply for this OWP ?

Can people who are out of status for example for overstaying a tourist permit apply for owp and at what stage do they get their status back?

You can apply for an OWP once you have first stage approval for an inland spousal sponsorship application. First stage approval is currently taking 11 months for normal applications (longer if the application has complications).

Even if you are out of status ? But no removal orders
