Im applying for open work permit, i just wanted to ask, in imm5710,
What shall i check on reason for applying? Shall i check a work permit with same enployer or restoration of your status as a worker, an initial work permit with a new employer. Thanks

Have you passed first stage approval? Did you have a work permit before?
