INBOUND OWP/SPOUSAL VISA Application sent July.15th/2017, returned September 15th/2017. If our application was returned because of Employment Source problems but has since been fixed with more proof and a tax assessment. Do I need to redo a new application and document checklist? And do I need to redo signatures? They did not provide any information for that. Also, I am assuming the OWP for my wife will now have to start over since it came back with the spousal application. Does she need to submit another point of entry?

Anything new submit. Double check versions of forms are most current then resend

Does your wife still have valid status?

No idea what you mean by "submit another point of entry".

She will have valid status when we resend the application, yes. As the application won't even get looked over for at least another month or two from now if we send it this week (if lucky). She also had valid status when we sent in the application, so I was wondering if we have to change the dates on the application, or just submit what they ask for with the Employment/Source. She returned to America for a family event, and we had no problems at the border as we were honest about everything. Although the Canadian border crossing for some reason only gave her 5 days in Canada the last time, with no reason, so we had to go back to America, then back to Canada a few days later to make sure her status was in good standing.

I guess my question is, do I resubmit the same spousal/owp application with the additional documents they requested for proof of employment/source, or do I have to submit a new application altogether with new dates?

You can submit the same forms, as long as there aren't newer versions out.

Your wife was fortunate to receive her app back while still in status. Many people have had the app returned after their status expired, which left them out of status and in a worse situation.
