OWP Received in Mail but No Approval Online

Hi everyone,

Weird question but we received our OWP in the mail (Yay!) but the application online is still under review.

Did they just forget to approve it online prior to mailing it out?

Should I call them to say something or just leave it?

Just want to be safe.

You could use the web form to inform them of this if you wanted to. Calling them sounds like an hour of waiting to say hey, you guys messed up a teeny bit.

If you have your OWP, the online form will eventually update. You don't need to worry about it - you have the actual document and now you can start working.

Online doesn’t matter at all and to be honest I think something’s broken with online updates generally. Mine stopped updating altogether! But you have the paper and that’s all you need
