OWP processing time for Inland Spousal Sponsorship Applications

I am in implied status (owp expired in May 2021) and waiting for OWP and PR (applied in April 2021).
I have received temporary application number today and wonder how long does it take now to receive OWP?

Hah...8 months to issue OWP . Why is that an option if PR will be completed right after.
Anyone applied in 2021 and got their OWP already maybe?
