OWP + outland sponsorship app?

so i want your opinion on this my soon-to-be husband will sponsor me via outland. would i be able to submit for a work permit at the same time with our sponsorship app? if i get approved can i fly to canada and work there and still have my outland app sponsored? or i need to be permanently in my own country during the sponsorship?

OWPs are only granted with inland sponsorships. So if you are applying outland, you unfortunately don't qualify for one and there's no point applying.
