OWP for dependent

Dear expetrs,

I recently received my ppr and i am now thinking to apply OWP for my wife and dependent visa(study permit) for my kids.

Please suggest, can i apply for my dependent visa from India as i have not yet landed to Canada yet, and thinking if they can accompany me?

What are documents are required to apply for a dependent visa successfully?

Yes you can apply from India but OWP is not guaranteed for spouses of international student. Technically you can apply for TRV for children but some VO ask for study permit.
