HI I WAS WONDERING IF I NEED TO EXTEND MY STATUS AS A WORKER? I AM UNDER THE COMMON LOW OWP BUT DONT KNOW IF I HAVE TO APLLY MYSELF FOR THE EXTENSION OR JUST MY COMMON LOW? DO WE HAVE TO O BOTH? OR JUST SHE ? TANKS

She decided to submit a request to sponsor me as common low law partner
We moved to live with each other about a month ago at the same house and the same address
How can I prove that our relationship has not been for a month?

Definition of common law is you must have been living together for a minimum of 12 months before she can sponsor you so you have at least another 11 months to wait. Proof would be both names on the lease, joint bank account , shared bills and basically any proof of doing things together

You aren't common-law and won't be for amother 11 months.
