My question is can i apply any other visa again? Also we are eligible to apply for Express entry, if we invited to apply, will be the PR refuse because of overstaying? My case is really really complicated please read til the end. I was studying and my husband got open work permit because i was a student. We both had study permits and open work permits until 2019 December. In 2018 i changed the program and started my program in January but i dropped it because of my health condition. After that, my husband finds a company that they want to offer LMIA. So in December 2019 he applied for work permit and i applied for an open work permit because i couldn't afford to go back to school. I applied without any help and submitted myself. That's how everything went wrong, we thought job offer is just a letter from the company that wants to hire him and the company director thought that too. So we applied without LMIA and eventually, it was refused after our visa expired. After that, we applied for an open work permit for both again because he applied for Lmia. Then it was refused again and LMIA refused too because of confusion in the job title. So we had to leave the country to apply for any visa again from outside. When we tried to leave Canada, there were no flights going to my country because of a pandemic. Also, we had to transfer to other countries to reach my country so other countries are not accepting any flights nor transfers. Then i called immigration, asked her what to do, then she said 'oh its fine just wait until the flights are available' then we relaxed and waited and we did not seek any advice again. Also, in feb 2020, we got a invitation apply for PR, we applied again without any help but then it was refused because of incomplete application. One of our police certificate from our country had missing stamp so that's why PR application canceled. Also, in order to apply for PR my husband needed to get a new passport so he delivered it by mail. Then border agency found out that we were out of status, so they called us to meet us, then we met them and explained everything and they took our passport and demanded to call them every week to notify them that we are still in Canada. Then finally in October 2021 there are flight available to go back home. So we left the country with voluntarily leave document. After we came back to our country, LMIA was approved, he applied again for work permit but it was refused because of not complying last visa condition, and not established financially in your country in 2021 July. We applied again but it was refused again so we just don't know what to do now.
