Dear Experts,

I was travelling to Russia and i been late to the Airport. And Border polices did not let me fly as my visa finished at midnight of that day. (my flight was at 02:45 but my visa finished at 24:00 so i overstayed 2 hours 45 minutes actually) Accordingly Polices forwarded me to Immigration Office in order to pay fines and to get documents to exit the country. Due to the weekends and the national holidays in Russia, I needed to stay 10 days to solve this issue. By the decision of immigration office, i paid my fines and was ordered to leave the country without deportation by myself. Will it have any influence on decision making of issuing visa after the ITA?

There are no additional stamps or deportation remarks in my passport.

btw im not the primary applicant.

Provided you fully declare the situation, it will have no impact on a PR app.

Your overstay will have not have any influence on your application. Just be honest about it in your LOE :)
