Well thats a relief lol thank youmy spouse is outside but let me show you the category we are inrotected Persons in Canada and Dependents Abroad
We even have quotas that are differents with outland spousal sponsorship category.

U will see all the categories and the target of IRCC for each category from 2021-2023 ! U will understand everything , and will know that we are not in the category of outland spousal

Guys, Is it true that our families won't be allowed to come to Canada even if they got their application successfully completed and CoPR issued?
I read on some IRCC webpages that approved persons outside Canada cannot travel to Canada at this time due to Covid19 travel restrictions!

Sorry i am a bit confused, did you submit your overseas application on july 2019 or its you whose timeline is july 2019?
Submitted with my application to ircc on feb 2018 and their application transferred to Vo on July 2019
IRCC transferred to VO that’s ok but don’t they asked you to submit any forms and documents to VO? Normally IRCC Canada ask you in AIP to submit family documents and forms to VO
Its quite a very long time now i guess something might be wrong, raise a webform or call IRCC to inquiry about ur file
